In addition to bridal work, The Sewing Lab offers alterations for special occasion garments and general clothing such as:

~ Bridesmaid dresses

~ Evening and event attire

~ Men’s suits

~ Designer brand clothing

~ Trouser shortening

~ Uniforms and workwear

These services are offered on a limited basis and scheduled around bridal commitments. Our studio walk in hours are Tuesdays 10am - 5pm and

Thurdays & Fridays 10am - 2pm.

Private appointments are also available Tuesdays - Sundays.

General alterations may include hemming, fit adjustments and minor refinements, depending on garment type and construction.

If your garment is not bridal, please note that availability may vary throughout the year.

My work primarily focuses on garments that require careful handling, considered tailoring

and a high level of finish.
