In addition to bridal work, The Sewing Lab offers alterations for special occasion garments such as:

~ Bridesmaid dresses

~ Formal gowns

~ Evening and event attire

~ Men’s suits

~ Designer brand clothing

These services are offered on a limited basis and scheduled around bridal commitments, with studio walk in hours Tuesdays and Fridays 3.30 - 6pm. Private appointments are also available Tuesdays - Sundays.

General alterations may include hemming, fit adjustments and minor refinements, depending on garment type and construction.

If your garment is not bridal, please note that availability may vary throughout the year.

The Sewing Lab does not operate as a general clothing repair service. My work focuses on garments that require careful handling, considered tailoring and a high level of finish.
