BOOMBA & Intimate Products — Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, BOOMBA and other intimate products can only be returned or exchanged if they are unused and in their original, unopened packaging.

Change of mind

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition and all packaging, hygiene seals and safety seals are intact.

Adhesive products

BOOMBA adhesive products, including breast lifts, sticky bras, nipple covers and body tape, cannot be returned once the packaging or safety seal has been opened, even if the product has not been used.

Intimate apparel

Underwear and other intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged once the original hygiene packaging or seal has been opened.

Faulty or incorrect products

If your product is faulty, damaged, or you have received an incorrect item, please contact The Sewing Lab as soon as possible. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act still apply.

For approved change-of-mind returns, the item must be returned to The Sewing Lab in its original condition. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
